As previously reported, Saint Lu is among the twelve winners of a 2011 EBBA Award. EBBA is short for "European Border Breakers Awards". The prize honors artists who succeeded in winnning over people's hearts and selling their debut album and singles abroad. The EBBA has been brought into being by the EU. The winners are determined by European radio playlists and Billboard Charts listings, as well as festival appearances in Europe.
When the EBBA was presented in Groningen/Holland during the Eurosonic Festival on the 12th of January, Saint Lu obviously made sure to pick up the award in person.
